Through WiseOceans Academy, Dive into the Classroom and book a high-quality, engaging, and interactive marine education virtual lesson! Our lessons cover a wide range of topics, from coral reefs to dolphins, sharks to marine monsters and all are suitable for varying ages and can be adapted for special needs. Taught by experienced Marine Biologists, sessions are educational yet fun!

Our Sessions

All sessions in our Ocean Explorers course can be adapted to suit various ages and/or additional needs, as well as for specific topics or projects. No matter where you are in the world, if you have an internet connection you can join!

Public Sessions

We offer public sessions in which you will meet a WiseOceans Marine Biologist alongside other students. You can book a single class from a wide range of topics or undertake our Ocean Explorers Course!

Topic of the Week

Our ‘Marine Biology Club’  course consists of 24 stand-alone sessions, delivered weekly, covering topics such as sharks, sea turtles, dolphins, coral reefs, octopus, marine mammals and deep-sea creatures. Each class stands alone so drop in when you like!

Public Sessions

Our lessons run for 40 minutes and are taught by professional marine biologists, who bring their real-life experience into the classroom. Public sessions are for you have one or two learners that would like to join the club and learn all about life under the sea. Whether you would just like to try it out, or are keen to complete our full Marine Biology Club course of 24 sessions, before moving on to our Dive Deeper course.  The four time slots (UK time) we currently have on offer are:

  • Mondays at 8:30am (Marine Biology Club)
  • Wednesdays at 4pm (Dive Deeper Club)
  • Thursdays at 8.30am (Marine Biology Club)
  • Thursdays at 4pm (Marine Biology Club)

Private Sessions

Private sessions are for you if you are full of questions or have a specific topic in mind and you want our marine biologists undivided attention!
